A Beacon in the Window
This piece contains old book pages, music sheets, comic strips, handwriting from my son, Asian writing and more as collage elements to create the background and house structures. Use of paint pens, chalk, wax pencils, acrylic paint was also used to create this mixed media piece. The beacon in the window for myself represents a light in the window guiding a person home on a rainy night. What does it mean to you?
